Moneca Atley is a self taught artist from Ontario. While training and working as a registered nurse she developed an interest in painting. This interest led her to Vancouver where she took some courses at the Emily Carr School of Art and Design. Her work has been shown in a variety of galleries throughout the lower mainland.
