Burnaby Art Gallery offers school programs for primary, intermediate, and secondary age groups. Visit the gallery for a Gallery Tour and Workshop or we can bring an Outreach Program right into your classroom. B.A.G. in a Box has five themed art boxes available for loan, while Career Programs are available for youth interested in a future in the arts.
For the 2010-2011 school year we are excited to offer both half and full day programs that provide creative interaction with the exhibits. In particular, The Intertidal Zone: Prints by Doug Guildford encourages unique connections with oceans and ecosystems, while Davida Kidd: Who Needs Art When You Have a View Like This engages intermediate and secondary students with a photographic blend of the real and imaginary.
